Spend a long weekend enjoying a Retreat from the hustle and bustle of real life. We meet in the heart of the English countryside at the beautiful Cattle Shed, nestled in nature on the edge of the Peak District.
This weekend is all about you connecting with what you want from 2027, how to make it happen and resetting your nervous system so you can start the year fully rested, restored and ready to go.
The Vibe
New Year Vibes:
This long weekend has been designed to have a balance of mindset, business development and relaxation time. How you spend your time is your choice, whether you take part in all the workshops and classes is up to you. Join the walks, or use some time to visit our wonderful Massage Therapist, sit by the fire, or brain storm, it's up to you.
There is never any pressure to take part in everything, I, Alex, am here to support you through a weekend of business and mindset transformation. This is your weekend to help you step out of your business and unwind in a way that works for you.
I will have a running theme of cultivating wellbeing, rebalancing the nervous system, and creating the business of your dreams.
I will be offering workshops on Manifestation and the nervous system, as well as goal setting, values and vision boards throughout the weekend.
You’ll have the option to join daily walks (weather dependant), movement, and saunas. You could also add a massage to your weekend too.
Enjoy the delights of being cooked for, remove the pressure of thinking about what to eat and what to cook. 3 delicious meals, cooked on site by our incredible chef. All dietary requirements can be catered for.
Coming alone? Or with a friend? Don’t worry all rooms can be twin rooms. Coming with a partner? We can set you up with a king.
You’ll find your Goodie bag waiting for you when you’re allocated your room, and it’s always a delightful treat.

The Food
All cooked fresh on site by Laura, the meals will suit most (if not all) dietary requirements. You’ll feel nourished, enjoy every bite, then sit back and relax while everything is taken care of.
The magic of retreats is often the removal of the mundane. The constant list of things you need to do going on in your mind. This weekend gives you a chance to remove cooking, meal planning, cleaning up and tidying, organising your schedule and laundry off your list. It seems so simple, but the amount of brain space these kinds of tasks take up is only noticeable when you take them away.
Once you have less on of the day to day on your mind, you’ll be able to think bigger, plan with more clarity and get organised with more ease.
